Terms of service
We need 1-3 days to collect and ship your order.
Then your parcel will be sent by Bulgarian Post or courier services (DPD, Speedy or Balkans Espress). Delivery term is within 7-20 business days via Bulgarian Post and 2-7 business days via courier service DPD since the date of sending.
Due to the measures related to COVID-19, parcels may not be delivered in line with the established standards and deadlines,
according to the provisions in the country of destination.
Only prepaid orders are accepted for processing.
In the case if any item you ordered, can not be delivered (not delivered by the manufacturer or distributor, or no longer available, etc.), we will contact you and offer you another similar product, upon your choice.
When the parcel is sent, the customer receives by e-mail indicated when registering, notification on changing of order status to “Shipped”, and the tracking code, to check its movement.
When registering, specify a valid e-mail, if the letter of confirmation of registration has not come, check the ‘Spam’ folder or contact us.
Please remember it is your responsibility to enter correctly your billing and shipping address. "Bulgarian Cosmetics" will not be responsible for lost or returned orders, due to incorrect shipping address.
The phone number must be of the same country as the shipping address.
Return of goods and claims
Return of a defective order, in case of disclosure of improper configuration, is possible only if the order is checked upon receipt on the spot. If the defect happened on Buyer’s fault, then no refund from Seller is envisaged.
We will send you the goods originally packed. A special pack-list is attached (order information with a list of products), sealed with the company seal and indicating all necessary company’s information and contacts.
You can return the item within 14 since the day of the receiving order. We do not pay any charges on product return. Delivery of the goods back to Bulgaria is at your expenses.
Please attach the packing list to the returned items. If the packing list is lost, attach a letter that indicates the following:
- order number
- Your personal information (name, address, e-mail)
- The list of returned products
- Description of the reason of products return
The products are accepted back only fully equipped, with all packaging and labels, unused and intact!
Once package is returned in complete and intact, we make a refund.
If the parcel is not delivered in time or lost: we understand that the Buyer is entitled to know that delivery or refund is guarantee. In that case we will submit a complaint, according to the rules of mail of Bulgaria, 30 days later from the date of sending the parcel. Mail of Bulgaria investigates mail parcel delivery and will notify us upon result.
In case if the parcel is lost, and the loss is officially confirmed by Post of Bulgaria, we will make a refund or send the buyer a new parcel.
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
